As soon as you order/book your products you will get a confirmation mail within an hour then you will receive a call from support/sales person within 24 hours, in this call you will get to know about what is the price of the product and when you will receive the delivery plus provide you tracking code. After this your product will go for testing. After this you can track your product till you receive the delivery.
CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT
We provide 10 days replacement policy from the date of purchase on all products purchased.
This replacement strictly does not cover after 10 days and it is only cover the product you bought from us not the every products.
The replacement request will not be entertained if the product’s original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
Please note Replacement process will be done in 3 to 5 working days. If the replacement product is not available, in such cases either product will be upgraded or amount will be refunded.
In case removing the packaging user found that the product is different from the product that was ordered or there is any defect or any of damage, the user will immediately contact to company customer care center about such differences or defects or damage and company will replace that product along with shipping charges. If replacement is not possible the amount will be refunded.
